Who we are

Palmidos Ltd, Israel ("Palmidos", "we", "us") operates ChatAdsAI at chatadsai.com (the "Site") and provides ChatGPT Ads management services to businesses in Israel and abroad. Palmidos Ltd is the controller of personal data processed through the Site. You can reach us at support@chatadsai.com.

Scope

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site, submit our contact or intake forms, or purchase our services, and how we use, share, and protect that data.

Information we collect

1. Contact form data: name, email, company, phone (optional), and the message you send us.
2. Intake form data: business details, ad account information, goals, and other information you provide when starting an engagement.
3. Payment data: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials.
4. Analytics data: pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.
5. Server logs: IP address, timestamps, and request metadata generated automatically when you access the Site, retained for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

We use personal data to: respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; evaluate and onboard intake submissions; deliver and invoice for our services; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and, where you have consented, measure Site usage through analytics.

Legal bases for processing

1. Contract: to prepare a proposal, onboard you, and perform the services you purchase.
2. Consent: for analytics cookies, and for any marketing communications you opt into.
3. Legitimate interest: to secure the Site, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries that are not yet a contract.

Retention

1. Contact and intake form submissions that do not turn into a customer relationship are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
2. Customer records (contracts, invoices, correspondence) are retained for the duration of the contract plus the period required by applicable Israeli tax and commercial law.
3. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymized.

Who we share data with

We use the following processors to operate the Site and deliver our services:

1. Vercel — hosting and Vercel Analytics (after consent).
2. Neon — database hosting (EU, Frankfurt).
3. Stripe — payment processing.
4. Resend — transactional email delivery.

These providers process personal data on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Some processors (for example Stripe and Vercel) may process data outside Israel or the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on the processor's own compliance mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

If you are in Israel, you have rights under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including the right to access and request correction of data held about you.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally have rights under the GDPR, including the right to:

1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
2. Request rectification of inaccurate data.
3. Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
4. Request portability of data you provided to us.
5. Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Cookies
